Welcome to Medgebra! By using the Medgebra Medical Chatbot ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). 3. User Responsibilities

5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription Plans: Certain features of the Service, such as document uploads or advanced AI model customization, require a paid subscription. You agree to pay the fees for the selected subscription plan.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other payment processors supported by Medgebra. By subscribing, you authorize Medgebra to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

10. Limitation of Liability
- No Liability for Indirect Damages: Medgebra, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
- Maximum Liability: In no event shall Medgebra's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Medgebra in the last six months, if applicable.
11. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
